Female, 25 years old, American, normal BMI (most days a little under). No chronic illnesses. The only regular medication I take is birth control pills. I eat healthfully as much as possible but I also absolutely love food, so I don’t adhere strictly to any one diet. I drink on the weekends, usually one to three drinks/day, Friday and Saturday. No drinks during the week.

I do yoga daily and run when I can muster up the enthusiasm. Family history: stroke, arthritis, and diabetes.
